TE Connectivity reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 18, 2023.
In 2022, five executives at TE Connectivity received on average a compensation package of $6.7M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Terrence R. Curtin, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 8% compared to 2021. 38% of Curtin's compensation, or $6.1M, was in option awards. Curtin also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, $5.9M in stock awards, as well as $633K in other compensation.

Heath A. Mitts, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.6M, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in option awards.
Steven T. Merkt, President, Transportation Solutions, earned $4.4M in 2022, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Aaron K. Stucki, President, Communications Solutions, received $4.3M in 2022.
Shadrak W. Kroeger, President, Industrial Solutions, earned $3.3M in 2022, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
TE Connectivity's fiscal year ends on September 29.
