Team reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on August 25, 2008.
In 2008, six Team executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 110% increase compared to previous year.
Philip J. Hawk, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 153% compared to 2007. 65% of Hawk's compensation, or $1.8M, was in option awards. Hawk also received $419K in non-equity incentive plan, $496K in salary, as well as $17K in other compensation.
Peter W. Wallace, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1M, which increased by 285% compared to previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $647K, was in option awards.
Arthur F. Victorson, Senior Vice President, TCM Division, earned $817K in 2008, a 80% increase compared to previous year.
Ted W. Owen, Chief Financial Officer, received $795K in 2008, which increases by 78% compared to 2007.
David C. Palmore, Senior Vice President, TMS Division, earned $774K in 2008, a 84% increase compared to previous year.
John P. Kearns, Senior Vice President, received $506K in 2008, which increases by 35% compared to 2007.
