Tech Data CEO Robert Dutkowsky's 2009 pay falls 29% to $3.4M

Tech Data reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 30, 2009.
In 2009, five Tech Data executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert M. Dutkowsky, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 29% compared to 2008. 49% of Dutkowsky's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Dutkowsky also received $727K in bonus, $948K in salary, as well as $32K in other compensation.
Nestor Cano, President, Europe, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $650K, was in salary.
Jeffery P. Howells, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2009, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Kenneth T. Lamneck, President, the Americas, received $1.1M in 2009, which increases by 7% compared to 2008.
Joseph A. Osbourn, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, earned $1M in 2009, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Tech Data's fiscal year ends on January 31.
