Tech Data CEO Robert Dutkowsky's 2019 pay falls 33% to $4.9M

Tech Data reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2019, six Tech Data executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert M. Dutkowsky, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which decreased by 33% compared to 2018. 78% of Dutkowsky's compensation, or $3.8M, was in stock awards. Dutkowsky also received $2.2K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $621K in non-equity incentive plan, $435K in salary, as well as $26K in other compensation.
Richard T. Hume, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.8M, which increased by 47% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in stock awards.
Charles V. Dannewitz, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Joseph H. Quaglia, President, the Americas, received $2.4M in 2019, which increases by 21% compared to 2018.
Patrick Zammit, President, Europe, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 47% decrease compared to previous year.
David R. Vetter, Chief Legal Officer, received $2M in 2019, which decreases by 3% compared to 2018.
Tech Data's fiscal year ends on January 31.
