TEGNA reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 11, 2019.
In 2018, four TEGNA executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
David T. Lougee, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2017. 56% of Lougee's compensation, or $2.7M, was in stock awards. Lougee also received $1M in bonus, $950K in salary, as well as $185K in other compensation.
