Teledyne Technologies reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 8, 2019.
In 2018, six executives at Teledyne Technologies received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert Mehrabian, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2017. 31% of Mehrabian's compensation, or $2.3M, was in option awards. Susan L. Main, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.2M in 2018, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Edwin Roks, Vice President and Group President, Teledyne Digital Imaging, received $2M in 2018, which increases by 6% compared to 2017.
Melanie S. Cibik, General Counsel, earned $1.9M in 2018, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Jason VanWees, Executive Vice President, received $1.8M in 2018.
Teledyne Technologies' fiscal year ends on January 2.
