Teledyne Technologies reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 10, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Teledyne Technologies received on average a compensation package of $3.3M, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Mehrabian, Chairman, received $7.8M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2018. 31% of Mehrabian's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Aldo Pichelli, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 29% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jason VanWees, Executive Vice President, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Melanie S. Cibik, General Counsel, received $2.1M in 2019, which increases by 13% compared to 2018.
Susan L. Main, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2019, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Edwin Roks, Vice President and Group President, Teledyne Digital Imaging, received $1.8M in 2019, which decreases by 10% compared to 2018.
Teledyne Technologies' fiscal year ends on January 2.
