Teledyne Technologies reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 10, 2022.
In 2021, six executives at Teledyne Technologies received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert Mehrabian, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.6M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2020. 29% of Mehrabian's compensation, or $1.9M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Edwin Roks, Executive Vice President and President, Teledyne Digital Imaging, earned $2.3M in 2021, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Susan L. Main, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.1M in 2021, which decreases by 3% compared to 2020.
Jason VanWees, Chairman, earned $2M in 2021, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Melanie S. Cibik, General Counsel, received $1.8M in 2021, which decreases by 22% compared to 2020.
