Teligent reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 15, 2008.
In 2007, three Teligent executives received on average a compensation package of $283K, a 111% increase compared to previous year.
Rajiv Mathur, Chief Executive Officer, received $570K in total. 51% of Mathur's compensation, or $292K, was in salary. Mathur also received $50K in bonus, $204K in option awards, as well as $25K in other compensation.
Nadya Lawrence, Executive Vice President of Operations, received a compensation package of $173K, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $140K, was in salary.
Carlene Lloyd, Vice President of Finance, earned $106K in 2007, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
