Telkonet reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on October 5, 2012.
In 2011, five Telkonet executives received on average a compensation package of $168K, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.

Jason L. Tienor, Chief Executive Officer, received $242K in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2010. 83% of Tienor's compensation, or $200K, was in salary. Tienor also received $20K in bonus, $14K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $8.4K in other compensation.
Jeffrey J. Sobieski, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $228K, which decreased by 8% compared to previous year. 83% of the compensation package, or $190K, was in salary.
Gerrit J. Reinders, EVP- Global Sales and Marketing, earned $152K in 2011.
Richard E. Mushrush, Chief Financial Officer, received $110K in 2011, which increases by 57% compared to 2010.
Matthew P. Koch, VP - Operations, earned $105K in 2011, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
