In 2018, five OvaScience executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Julia C. Owens, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.4M in total, which increased by 307% compared to 2017. 72% of Owens' compensation, or $1.8M, was in option awards. Owens also received $50K in bonus, $180K in non-equity incentive plan, $433K in salary, as well as $8.3K in other compensation.
Christopher Kroeger, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.1M, which decreased by 15% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $811K, was in other compensation.
Pharis Mohideen, Chief Medical Officer, earned $920K in 2018, a 91% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffery M. Brinza, Chief Administrative Officer, received $870K in 2018.
Jonathan Gillis, Former Senior Vice President, Finance, earned $655K in 2018, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
