OvaScience reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 24, 2020.
In 2019, three OvaScience executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Julia C. Owens, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.4M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2018. 70% of Owens' compensation, or $1.7M, was in option awards. Owens also received $216K in non-equity incentive plan, $479K in salary, as well as $8.4K in other compensation.
Louis Arcudi III, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1M. 51% of the compensation package, or $508K, was in option awards.
Ryan Zeidan, Chief Development Officer, earned $849K in 2019.
