OvaScience reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 1, 2023.
In 2022, three OvaScience executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen Brady, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in total, which increased by 112% compared to 2021. 51% of Brady's compensation, or $773K, was in option awards. Brady also received $199K in non-equity incentive plan, $530K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Thomas Dubensky, President, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which decreased by 27% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $490K, was in salary.
Samuel Whiting, Chief Medical Officer, earned $833K in 2022, which is about the same as previous year.
