Tenet Healthcare reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 17, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Tenet Healthcare received on average a compensation package of $8.9M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Ron A. Rittenmeyer, Chief Executive Officer, received $24M in total, which increased by 62% compared to 2018. 66% of Rittenmeyer's compensation, or $16M, was in stock awards.
