Texas Instruments reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 12, 2019.
In 2018, six executives at Texas Instruments received on average a compensation package of $8.3M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard K. Templeton, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2017. 34% of Templeton's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Templeton also received $4M in non-equity incentive plan, $6M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $419K in other compensation.
Brian T. Crutcher, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $11M, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in stock awards.
Niels Anderskouv, Senior Vice President, earned $5.9M in 2018.
Haviv Ilan, Senior Vice President, received $5.9M in 2018.
R. Gregory Delagi, Senior Vice President, earned $5.6M in 2018, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Rafael R. Lizardi, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.2M in 2018, which decreases by 7% compared to 2017.
