Textron CEO Scott Donnelly's 2018 pay slips 6% to $14M

Textron reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 6, 2019.
In 2018, four Textron executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott C. Donnelly, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2017. 49% of Donnelly's compensation, or $6.9M, was in stock awards. Donnelly also received $412K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.1M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $116K in other compensation.
Frank T. Connor, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.2M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
E. Robert Lupone, General Counsel, earned $2.8M in 2018, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Julie G. Duffy, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, received $1.7M in 2018, which increases by 18% compared to 2017.
Textron's fiscal year ends on January 1.
