Thor Industries reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 31, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at Thor Industries received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Robert W. Martin, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2017. 63% of Martin's compensation, or $9.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Martin also received $750K in salary and $4.7M in stock awards.

Kenneth D. Julian, Senior Vice President of Administration and Human Resources, received $2.4M in 2018, which increases by 11% compared to 2017.
Peter B. Orthwein, Chairman, earned $2.1M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Thor Industries' fiscal year ends on July 31.
