ThredUp reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 7, 2022.
In 2021, three ThredUp executives received on average a compensation package of $563K, a 72% decrease compared to previous year.
James Reinhart, Chief Executive Officer, received $655K in total, which decreased by 75% compared to 2020. 50% of Reinhart's compensation, or $330K, was in salary. Reinhart also received $325K in non-equity incentive plan.
Anthony Marino, President, received a compensation package of $541K, which decreased by 62% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $330K, was in salary.
Christopher Homer, Chief Operating Officer, earned $493K in 2021.
