TJX Companies reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 23, 2020.
In 2020, five executives at TJX Companies received on average a compensation package of $9.9M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Ernie Herrman, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2019. 50% of Herrman's compensation, or $9.6M, was in stock awards. Herrman also received $2.2M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.6M in salary, as well as $615K in other compensation.
Carol Meyrowitz, Chairman, received a compensation package of $10M, which decreased by 7% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in stock awards.
Richard Sherr, SEVP, Group President, earned $7.6M in 2020, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Scott Goldenberg, Chief Financial Officer, received $6.7M in 2020, which increases by 4% compared to 2019.
Kenneth Canestrari, SEVP, Group President, earned $5.6M in 2020, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
TJX Companies' fiscal year ends on February 1.
