Toro reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on February 5, 2019.
In 2018, five Toro executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard M. Olson, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 31% of Olson's compensation, or $1.6M, was in stock awards. Olson also received $919K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $875K in salary, as well as $171K in other compensation.
Renee J. Peterson, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which decreased by 10% compared to previous year. 28% of the compensation package, or $520K, was in salary.
William E. Brown, Jr, Group VP, Residential and Contractor Businesses, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 9% decrease compared to previous year.
Timothy P. Dordell, General Counsel, received $1.4M in 2018, which decreases by 8% compared to 2017.
Bradley A. Hamilton, Group VP, Commercial, International and Irrigation Businesses, earned $1M in 2018.
Toro's fiscal year ends on October 31.
