Toro reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on February 4, 2020.
In 2019, five Toro executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard M. Olson, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.3M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2018. 36% of Olson's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards.
