Toro reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on February 3, 2021.
In 2020, five Toro executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Richard M. Olson, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2019. 40% of Olson's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Olson also received $307K in non-equity incentive plan, $871K in salary, $2.3M in stock awards, as well as $95K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $40,791 at Toro. Therefore, the ratio of Richard M. Olson's pay to the median employee pay was 147 to one.
Renee J. Peterson, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $530K, was in option awards.
Richard W. Rodier, Group VP, Construction, Contractor and Residential Businesses, earned $1.5M in 2020, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Bradley A. Hamilton, Group VP, Commercial, International and Irrigation Businesses, received $1.2M in 2020, which increases by 2% compared to 2019.
Amy E. Dahl, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2020.
