Toro reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on February 2, 2022.
In 2021, five Toro executives received on average a compensation package of $3.5M, a 51% increase compared to previous year.
Richard M. Olson, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 44% compared to 2020. 31% of Olson's compensation, or $2.7M, was in option awards. Olson also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, $2.5M in stock awards, as well as $301K in other compensation.
