Track Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 27, 2019.
In 2018, three executives at Track Group received on average a compensation package of $500K, a 81% increase compared to previous year.
Derek Cassell, Chief Executive Officer, received $612K in total, which increased by 46% compared to 2017. 51% of Cassell's compensation, or $315K, was in stock awards. Cassell also received $30K in bonus and $267K in salary.
Guy Dubois, Chairman, received a compensation package of $460K, which increased by 360% compared to previous year. 76% of the compensation package, or $350K, was in stock awards.
Peter Poli, Chief Financial Officer, earned $428K in 2018, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
Track Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
