Trade Desk reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 19, 2019.
In 2018, seven Trade Desk executives received on average a compensation package of $5.4M, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Jeff T. Green, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 76% compared to 2017. 36% of Green's compensation, or $3.9M, was in option awards. Green also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $800K in salary, $3.9M in stock awards, as well as $173K in other compensation.
Robert D. Perdue, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.4M, which increased by 100% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $3.4M, was in stock awards.
Brian J. Stempeck, Chief Strategy Officer, earned $4.3M in 2018, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
Paul E. Ross, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.2M in 2018, which increases by 29% compared to 2017.
David R. Pickles, Chief Technology Officer, earned $4.2M in 2018, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Susan M. Vobejda, Chief Marketing Officer, received $4.2M in 2018.
Vivian W. Yang, Chief Legal Officer, earned $4.2M in 2018.
