Trade Desk reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 14, 2020.
In 2019, seven Trade Desk executives received on average a compensation package of $6M, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Jeff T. Green, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 13% compared to 2018. 32% of Green's compensation, or $3.9M, was in option awards. Green also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $850K in salary, $3.9M in stock awards, as well as $1.6M in other compensation.

Susan M. Vobejda, Chief Marketing Officer, received $4.3M in 2019, which increases by 3% compared to 2018.
Vivian W. Yang, Chief Legal Officer, earned $4.3M in 2019, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Brian J. Stempeck, Chief Strategy Officer, received $4.3M in 2019, which is about the same as previous year.
Paul E. Ross, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
