Trade Desk reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 13, 2021.
In 2020, six Trade Desk executives received on average a compensation package of $6.5M, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Jeff T. Green, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 31% compared to 2019. 41% of Green's compensation, or $6.5M, was in stock awards. Green also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $6.5M in option awards, $900K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
