Traeger reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, three Traeger executives received on average a compensation package of $52M, a 7,735% increase compared to previous year.
Jeremy Andrus, Chief Executive Officer, received $138M in total, which increased by 22,122% compared to 2020. 84% of Andrus' compensation, or $117M, was in stock awards. Andrus also received $21M in option awards, $462K in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Dominic Blosil, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $12M, which increased by 1545% compared to previous year. 71% of the compensation package, or $8.3M, was in stock awards.
Jim Hardy, Chief Supply Chain Officer, earned $6.1M in 2021.
