TransDigm Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 30, 2019.
In 2018, eight executives at TransDigm Group received on average a compensation package of $7.9M, a 56% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin Stein, Chief Executive Officer, received $23M in total, which increased by 100% compared to 2017. 84% of Stein's compensation, or $20M, was in option awards. Stein also received $17K in bonus, $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $838K in salary, as well as $1.8M in other compensation.
W. Nicholas Howley, Chairman, received a compensation package of $13M, which decreased by 78% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $12M, was in option awards.
James Skulina, Senior Vice President Finance, earned $7.5M in 2018, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Jorge Valladares, Chief Operating Officer, received $6.8M in 2018, which increases by 23% compared to 2017.
Robert Henderson, Chairman, earned $4.3M in 2018, a 76% decrease compared to previous year.
Bernt Iversen, Executive Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development, received $3.6M in 2018, which decreases by 74% compared to 2017.
Terrance Paradie, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3M in 2018, a 58% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Lisman, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.2M in 2018.
TransDigm Group's fiscal year ends on September 30.
