TransDigm Group reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 27, 2023.
In 2022, five executives at TransDigm Group received on average a compensation package of $9.1M, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin Stein, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2021. 67% of Stein's compensation, or $12M, was in option awards. Stein also received $376K in bonus, $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $2.7M in other compensation.
