Transocean reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 30, 2020.
In 2019, five Transocean executives received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Jeremy D. Thigpen, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2018. 52% of Thigpen's compensation, or $5.2M, was in stock awards.
