Retrophin reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 4, 2022.
In 2021, five Retrophin executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Eric Dube, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.7M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2020. 51% of Dube's compensation, or $2.9M, was in option awards. Dube also received $554K in non-equity incentive plan, $708K in salary, $1.5M in stock awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $309,779 at Retrophin. Therefore, the ratio of Eric Dube's pay to the median employee pay was 19 to one.
Noah Rosenberg, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 68% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in other compensation.
William E. Rote, Senior Vice President and Head of Research and Development, earned $1.9M in 2021, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Laura Clague, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.9M in 2021, which increases by 17% compared to 2020.
Elizabeth Reed, General Counsel, earned $1.9M in 2021, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
