Tricida reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 25, 2022.
In 2021, five Tricida executives received on average a compensation package of $2.7M, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Gerrit Klaerner, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which decreased by 47% compared to 2020. 79% of Klaerner's compensation, or $3.7M, was in option awards. Klaerner also received $390K in non-equity incentive plan, $600K in salary, as well as $2.6K in other compensation.
Dawn Parsell, Executive Vice President, Clinical Development, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which decreased by 28% compared to previous year. 77% of the compensation package, or $2.1M, was in option awards.
Geoffrey M. Parker, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2021, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert McKague, General Counsel, received $2.4M in 2021, which decreases by 50% compared to 2020.
Wilhelm Stahl, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 30% decrease compared to previous year.
