Trimble Navigation reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 12, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Trimble Navigation received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Robert Painter, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 11% compared to 2020. 75% of Painter's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Painter also received $2.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $883K in salary, as well as $4.8K in other compensation.
David G. Barnes, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.6M, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 72% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in stock awards.
Steven W. Berglund, Chairman, earned $4.1M in 2021, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Manolis E. Kotzabasakis, Senior Vice President, received $2.9M in 2021.
Darryl Matthews, Senior Vice President, earned $2.6M in 2021, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Trimble Navigation's fiscal year ends on January 3.
