TriNet Group reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 12, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at TriNet Group received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Burton M. Goldfield, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.7M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2020. 69% of Goldfield's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Goldfield also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $950K in salary, as well as $12K in other compensation.

Kelly Tuminelli, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2021, a 44% decrease compared to previous year.
Samantha Wellington, Chief Legal Officer, received $2.3M in 2021, which decreases by 15% compared to 2020.
Edward Griese, Senior Vice President, Insurance Services, earned $1M in 2021, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
