TWILIO reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, five TWILIO executives received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Khozema Shipchandler, Chief Financial Officer, received $14M in total. 60% of Shipchandler's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Shipchandler also received $5.7M in option awards, $78K in salary, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $221,899 at TWILIO. Therefore, the ratio of Khozema Shipchandler's pay to the median employee pay was 64 to one.
