TWILIO reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 22, 2021.
In 2020, five TWILIO executives received on average a compensation package of $8.2M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeff Lawson, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2019. 49% of Lawson's compensation, or $6.8M, was in stock awards. Lawson also received $6.7M in option awards, $134K in salary, as well as $159K in other compensation.

Karyn Smith, General Counsel, earned $3.2M in 2020, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
