Dataram reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on March 21, 2024.
In 2023, three Dataram executives received on average a compensation package of $303K, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Dataram
George Bee, Chief Executive Officer, received $350K in total, which decreased by 52% compared to 2022. 86% of Bee's compensation, or $300K, was in salary. Bee also received $50K in option awards.
Eric Alexander, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $290K, which decreased by 42% compared to previous year. 83% of the compensation package, or $240K, was in salary.
Kevin Francis, Vice President – Exploration and Technical Services, earned $270K in 2023, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Dataram's fiscal year ends on April 30.
