Uber Technologies reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 30, 2020.
In 2019, seven executives at Uber Technologies received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 57% decrease compared to previous year.
Dara Khosrowshahi, Chief Executive Officer, received $42M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2018. 88% of Khosrowshahi's compensation, or $37M, was in stock awards. Khosrowshahi also received $2M in bonus, $1M in salary, as well as $2M in other compensation.
Jill Hazelbaker, SVP, Marketing and Public Affairs, received a compensation package of $11M. 76% of the compensation package, or $8M, was in stock awards.
Manik Gupta, Former Chief Product Officer, earned $10M in 2019.
Thuan Pham, Chief Technology Officer, received $9.6M in 2019, which decreases by 25% compared to 2018.
Barney Harford, Chief Operating Officer, earned $7.6M in 2019, a 84% decrease compared to previous year.
Nikki Krishnamurthy, SVP & Chief People Officer, received $4.2M in 2019, which decreases by 57% compared to 2018.
Nelson Chai, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.5M in 2019, a 91% decrease compared to previous year.
