UGI reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on December 16, 2021.
In 2020, six UGI executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
John L. Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2019. 26% of Walsh's compensation, or $2M, was in stock awards. Walsh also received $1.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $62K in other compensation.
Robert F. Beard, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which increased by 12% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $862K, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Ted J. Jastrzebski, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.4M in 2020, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Roger Perreault, Executive Vice President, Global LPG; President, UGI International, received $2.4M in 2020, which increases by 5% compared to 2019.
Monica M. Gaudiosi, General Counsel, earned $1.7M in 2020, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Hugh J. Gallagher, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.6M in 2020, which increases by 3% compared to 2019.
UGI's fiscal year ends on September 30.
