UGI reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on December 16, 2021.
In 2021, seven UGI executives received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
John L. Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.9M in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2020. 44% of Walsh's compensation, or $3M, was in stock awards. Walsh also received $152K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $975K in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $96K in other compensation.
Roger Perreault, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which increased by 72% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in stock awards.
Hugh J. Gallagher, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.4M in 2021, a 108% increase compared to previous year.
Ted J. Jastrzebski, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.7M in 2021, which increases by 11% compared to 2020.
Monica M. Gaudiosi, General Counsel, earned $1.9M in 2021, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Robert F. Beard, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in 2021, which decreases by 25% compared to 2020.
Judy Zagorski, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $1.8M in 2021.
UGI's fiscal year ends on September 30.
