Under Armour reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 26, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Under Armour received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Patrik Frisk, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2019. 71% of Frisk's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Frisk also received $938K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $90K in other compensation.
