Under Armour reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 24, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Under Armour received on average a compensation package of $6.6M, a 104% increase compared to previous year.
Patrik Frisk, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 111% compared to 2020. 64% of Frisk's compensation, or $10M, was in stock awards. Frisk also received $4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $273K in other compensation.
