Union Pacific reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.

Lance M. Fritz, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2020. 43% of Fritz's compensation, or $6.3M, was in stock awards.
