UnitedHealth Group reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 22, 2022.
In 2020, six executives at UnitedHealth Group received on average a compensation package of $12M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
David S. Wichmann, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which decreased by 5% compared to 2019. 54% of Wichmann's compensation, or $9.6M, was in stock awards. John F. Rex, Chief Financial Officer, received $13M in 2020, which increases by 19% compared to 2019.
Patricia L. Lewis, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $7.2M in 2020.
Marianne D. Short, Chief Legal Officer, received $6.9M in 2020, which is about the same as previous year.
