UPWORK reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, three UPWORK executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 159% increase compared to previous year.
Stephane Kasriel, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.7M in total, which increased by 1,405% compared to 2017. 92% of Kasriel's compensation, or $8.9M, was in option awards. Kasriel also received $278K in non-equity incentive plan, $512K in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Brian Kinion, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $492K, which decreased by 75% compared to previous year. 70% of the compensation package, or $345K, was in salary.
Hayden Brown, Chief Marketing and Product Officer, earned $478K in 2018, a 68% decrease compared to previous year.
