U.S. Bancorp CEO Andrew Cecere's 2018 pay rises 12% to $13M
U.S. Bancorp reports 2018 executive compensation

U.S. Bancorp reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 5, 2019.
In 2018, six executives at U.S. Bancorp received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew Cecere, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2017. 54% of Cecere's compensation, or $7.3M, was in stock awards. Cecere also received $2.4M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $44K in other compensation.
Terrance R. Dolan, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.1M, which is about the same as previous year. 63% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in stock awards.
P.W. Bill Parker, Chairman, earned $4.1M in 2018, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffry H. von Gillern, Chairman, received $3.8M in 2018, which increases by 1% compared to 2017.
Shailesh M. Kotwal, Chairman, earned $3.5M in 2018.
Gunjan Kedia, Chairman, received $3.4M in 2018, which increases by 23% compared to 2017.
