US Ecology reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 10, 2008.
In 2007, five US Ecology executives received on average a compensation package of $408K, a 49% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen A. Romano, Chief Executive Officer, received $677K in total, which decreased by 18% compared to 2006. 41% of Romano's compensation, or $275K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Romano also received $86K in option awards, $275K in salary, $32K in stock awards, as well as $8.6K in other compensation.
Steven D. Welling, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, received a compensation package of $525K, which increased by 37% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $321K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Simon G. Bell, Vice President of Operations, earned $298K in 2007, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey R. Feeler, Chief Financial Officer, received $276K in 2007, which increases by 167% compared to 2006.
John M. Cooper, Vice President & Chief Information Officer, earned $262K in 2007, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
