V.F. reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 13, 2022.
In 2022, six V.F. executives received on average a compensation package of $7M, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Steven E. Rendle, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2021. 36% of Rendle's compensation, or $5.5M, was in stock awards. Rendle also received $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.8M in option awards, $1.4M in salary, as well as $519K in other compensation.
Scott A. Roe, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $8.5M, which increased by 59% compared to previous year. 91% of the compensation package, or $7.7M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Martino Scabbia Guerrini, Executive Vice President and Group President, EMEA and Emerging Brands, earned $6.3M in 2022, a 63% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen M. Murray, Global Brand President, The North Face, received $4.4M in 2022, which increases by 24% compared to 2021.
Kevin D. Bailey, Global Brand President, Vans and APAC, earned $4M in 2022, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew H. Puckett, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.2M in 2022.
V.F.'s fiscal year ends on April 2.
