Vail Resorts reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 22, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at Vail Resorts received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert A. Katz, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.4M in total, which decreased by 42% compared to 2017. 36% of Katz's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Katz also received $210K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in option awards, $929K in salary, as well as $29K in other compensation.
Michael Z. Barkin, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $617K, was in option awards.
Patricia A. Campbell, President - Mountain Division, earned $1.8M in 2018, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Kirsten A. Lynch, Chief Marketing Officer, received $1.8M in 2018, which increases by 14% compared to 2017.
David T. Shapiro, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Vail Resorts' fiscal year ends on July 31.
